Jade Goody has revealed her heartbreak at having to say goodbye and says she hopes she has given her fans "lots of laughs to remember me by".

The terminally ill star also described, in her weekly column in New! magazine, the agony of never knowing when she would close her eyes for the final time.
She has already told sons Bobby (5) and Freddy (4)that she is going to live in heaven.
Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty, who went to London to meet her former Celebrity Big Brother housemate, was unable to meet Goody, as she is too sick to meet visitors.
