The attack took place in the volatile southeast region close to the Pakistani border.

The foreign ministry said there is evidence that the perpetrators of the attack came to Iran from Pakistan, the Online news agency reported quoting the Iranian media.
The Pakistani official assured Tehran that his country would take all measures to secure its border with Iran, it said.
Iran has in the past, accused Pakistan of hosting members of the Sunni insurgent Jundollah group, Press TV said.
State television reported a group named Jundollah (Soldiers of God) had claimed responsibility for the attack.
Jundollah is thought to be the main criminal group in the region which has been involved in frequent clashes with Iranian guards at the border lines to Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Thirteen Jundollah members were executed last July in the provincial capital Zahedan. Abdol-Hamid Rigi, the brother of the group's leader Abdolmalik Rigi, is on death row.
