The former wife of billionaire Donald Trump was taken off the US flight at Palm Beach International Airport in Florida on Saturday.
According to police, Trump, who was sitting in first class, became upset when a few screaming children started running up and down the aisle.
The 60-year-old allegedly began swearing in front of the children.
Flight attendants were unable to calm her down and the pilot taxied the plane back to the gate where law enforcement tried to convince Trump to voluntarily exit the aircraft.
When she refused and continued to hurl obscenities at crew members and fellow passengers, deputies "physically escorted her off the aircraft", said a department spokesman.
Sheriff's office spokeswoman Teri Barbera said Trump was "so belligerent that the plane returned to the terminal".
