Natalie Reed, 30, targeted the schoolgirls aged 12 and 14 after an introduction through a mutual friend.
Crop-haired and tattooed Reed pretended to be 17-year-old William Hymes in a bid to seduce the victims over two years.
She tried to persuade the first victim to have sex during several meetings including in Bermondsey, south-east London.
The second girl agreed to meet up but backed out at the last minute and Reed, who has a Made in England tattoo on her neck, was traced from mobile phone records and arrested.
"It's plain that both of them have been severely traumatised by what happened and that they will take a long time to recover if they ever will at all," the Daily Mail quoted Judge Usha Karu as saying about the impact the whole incident has had on the victims.
"You manipulated them, eventually taking advantage of their very young age and vulnerability.
"You attempted to have full sexual relations with them, thankfully nothing sexual did happen, but that was not for want of trying by you," she stated.
The judge imposed an indefinite Sexual Offences Prevention Order banning Reed from contacting children unless they are members of her own family, and she will also have to sign as a sex offender for ten years.
