Later, Arab Spring activist Iyad El-Baghdadi tweeted its translation that read, "ISIS leaders: We urgently call upon every Muslim to join the fight, especially those in the land of the two shrines (Saudi Arabia), rise." And then many Muslims took to Twitter to mock Bakr's war cry.
