A severe cloudburst struck Rampur in Himachal Pradesh’s Shimla district, unleashing sudden flash floods that brought the town to a standstill. Torrential rain and fierce winds swept through the area, causing widespread destruction. Several homes were damaged, and many vehicles were either swept away or buried under a thick layer of mud and debris. Shocking visuals from the scene reveal dented cars, crumbled roads, and streets blanketed in rubble. Locals, caught completely off guard, described the event as abrupt and terrifying, with no prior warning before disaster struck.
