PPL India sues Netflix, Kapil Sharma over unauthorised use of three songs

PPL India has moved the Bombay High Court against Kapil Sharma, the makers of The Great Indian Kapil Show, and Netflix, alleging copyright infringement over unauthorised use of songs in three Season 3 episodes aired between June and September
