Super Typhoon Ragasa has made landfall in the northern Philippines as a Category 5 storm, unleashing devastating winds of up to 295 km/h. The massive storm is now heading toward southern China and Hong Kong, prompting officials to issue emergency warnings.

On May 18, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis led the ‘Tiranga Yatra’ rally in Nagpur, organised by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to honour the valour and dedication of the Indian Armed Forces and to celebrate the success of Operation Sindoor. The nationwide rally, which began on May 13 and will run until May 23, is being held across several states, including Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Assam (Dibrugarh), Jammu and Kashmir (Srinagar), and Odisha.
