Union Minister and BJP’s candidate from Amethi, Smriti Irani hits back at Samajwadi Party leader Ram Gopal Yadav’s remarks on Ram Temple. In an interview with a Hindi television news channel on May 7, Ram Gopal Yadav, termed the Ram Temple a ‘bekar Mandir’ (flawed and useless temple), adding that it was not built in accordance with Vastu. Hitting back at the Samajwadi Party leader, Smriti Irani said, "We all know that they oppose Ram and Sanatan. The person who has Ram and Gopal in his name doesn’t understand the greatness of the lord; this can insight into anger among the people. As a Ram devotee, I want to tell him that in this election the people will give a reply to his anti-Sanatan alliance...”

Bihar Political Turmoil: Union Rural Development Minister Giriraj Singh on January 27 exuded his confidence in BJP forming the Bihar government in 2025. He went on to call Nitish Kumar a “Vyakul aatma”. Speaking to ANI, he said, “We will form government in Bihar in 2025. People of Bihar will vote for BJP in Lok Sabha in 2024, and in Bihar in 2025. I am just observing what’s going on in the state.”
