The Indian jawans deployed on India’s border celebrated Holi with the locals. BSF personnel deployed at India-Pakistan border in Punjab's Amritsar were seen shaking a leg with the local community on the occasion of Holi. Security personnel deployed at Border Outposts (BOPs) along the India-Bangladesh borders were also seen celebrating Holi. Inspector General Suryakant Sharma said, "...All the personnel here are involved in the security of the country; I extend my best wishes to them and their family... I know their families are a thousand miles apart, but the entire country is with them..."
