Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has undergone knee surgery at a London hospital and hopes to be back doing the things he enjoys soon
Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has been travelling aboard and posting pictures of amazing locales from his trip.

But that's not all he's been doing. Sadly, the master blaster has undergone knee surgery at a London hospital.
Tendulkar posted a picture of his left leg, covered in a cast, on his Facebook and Twitter page and commented that he hopes to recover soon.

His post suggests it is an old injury he had picked up during his playing days that was bothering him and required an operation.
He said, "Some injuries trouble even after retirement. Will be back soon doing things I enjoy. Had a knee operation & resting."
The post was shared and commented on by thousands of cricket fans around the world. Over on lakh fans reacted with shock and sympathy on picture posted on Facebook.
Former Pakistan speedster Shoaib Aktar senthis best wishes, tweeting, "Get better and soon my friend. Wish you best."
Tendulkar's former teammate VVS Laxman also tweeted, "Wishing you a speedy recovery Sach."
Well, all his fans will be praying for him and hoping he's back sooner than later.
