The former administrator stares down at you from numerous, huge hoardings strategically placed in and around the picturesque HPCA Stadium despite him having left office here quite some time ago. While a message from one billboard reads “Welcome to HPCA”, from another he is seen batting for conservation of forests in this beautiful green hilly town.
