Haddin, who joined the team straight after Australia's tour of Bangladesh, will not take further part in IPL 4.
"He (Haddin) was diagnosed with acute fracture on his middle finger which he had sustained during the tour of Bangladesh. An MRI scan showed Friday the finger has not healed," KKR CEO and MD Venky Mysore said in a statement.
Boucher will join the KKR squad before their match against the Deccan Chargers in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
"We are fortunate to have someone like Mark Boucher as Brad's replacement. Mark comes with a lot of experience and a terrific track record in all forms of the game," Mysore said.
