Defending champions Rizvi Springfield (Bandra) beat Anjuman-I-Islam (Urdu) by a whopping 516 runs on Day Three of the Harris Shield Elite Division semi-finals at Cross Maidan yesterday

The Bandra team will play against IES VN Sule Guruji (Dadar) in the (February 12-15) final.


Yesterday, Anjuman left-arm spinner Raees Khan scalped five Rizvi wickets giving away 62 runs to bowl the Bandra side out for 312 off 73.2 overs in their second innings.


Thereafter, Rizvi offie Aatif Shaikh (six for 45) ensured Anjuman were bowled out for a paltry 129 in just 30.3 overs. In the first innings Rizvi had posted 449 after which Anjuman were bowled out for 116.u00a0
