The 21-year-old was kept in hospital overnight for observation after breathing in smoke during the fire, which broke out just after midnight, but the club's director of sport Christian Nerlinger says there should be no lasting damage.
"He was shocked, but he is fine again now," he reported on the Bundesliga club's website.
