Harbhajan Singh yesterday said he would pick the brains of evergreen Shane Warne, the former Aussie leg-spinner who continues to cast a spell on rival batsmen, in order to extend his career as India player.
"He (Warne) is a great cricketer and the greatest spinner. I myself would be talking to him and get tips so that I can prolong my international career," Harbhajan was quoted as saying by PTI on the eve of Mumbai Indians' clash with Rajasthan Royals.
The 'Turbanator' also lavished praise on young Ambati Rayudu. He said that the talented batsman had the potential to replace batting legends VVS Laxman and Rahul Dravid in the Test line-up.
"He (Rayudu) is a special talent and we always knew that. He was unfortunately lost in between (when he joined the rebelu00a0 Indian Cricket League) but lately he has been performing well.
"He is capable of filling in the big shoes of great Indian batsmen like VVS Laxman and Rahul Dravid," he said. Harbhajan credited Jhonty Rhodes for MI's sharp fielding, which has helped them win a few matches.
