India 'A' coach Lalchand Rajput feels that some of his players will get a chance to make a comeback into the national side by performing well against Australia in the three-day warm-up match at the Guru Nanak College Ground here today.
“It is an opportunity for players to perform and move forward. Every player wants to perform against a visiting team because it is a big platform for them,” Rajput said yesterday.u00a0

“Parvez Rassol bowled brilliantly in the two-day match and everyone is talking about him. It is also going to a big platform for some players to get back into the national squad. They are aware of it and they’ll be taking this game seriously,” he added.
Pace challenge
Rajput hopes his batsmen come good against quality fast bowlers like Peter Siddle, Mitchell Starc and James Pattinson: “It is a great opportunity to play against such type of bowlers and do well in their professional career.”u00a0
