Manchester City defeated Reading 1-0 in the FA Cup quarter-finals last night to set up a semi-final showdown with arch rivals Manchester United.
A second half-header from Micah Richards broke Reading's resistance at Eastlands, which means there will be a Manchester derby in the FA Cup semi-finals for the first time since 1926, when City beat United at Bramall Lane in Sheffield.
The all-Manchester clash will take place at Wembley on the weekend of April 16/17, with Stoke facing Bolton in the other semi-final. Earlier, Stoke City downed West Ham 2-1 to book their spot in the semis.
