India's double-trap exponent Ronjan Sodhi became the world's top-ranked shooter yesterday and said his best is yet to come.
"It feels great to be the No 1 shooter in the world. I have done well consistently in the last couple of years and have been among the top five regularly. Being the No 1 shooter was always a dream since I picked up the gun.
It wasn't easy but I have worked hard to achieve this," said Sodhi, a former double world record holder.
"It was tough missing the Beijing Olympics. During that time I had set two world records and was also among the top three in the World. But I have left those things behind. I would like to give my best at the London Games," he said.
