Rain stopped play for the second time in the second one-dayer between India and New Zealand at the Westpac Stadium today morning.

Rain stopped play for the second time in the second one-dayer between India and New Zealand at the Westpac Stadium today morning.



India were 151 for three in 24 overs when rain forced suspension of play. Gautam Gambhir (28) and Mahendra Singh Dhoni (2) were at the crease.



When rain stopped play for the first time India were 130 for one in 19 overs. Sachin Tendulkar (59) and Gautam Gambhir (13) were are the crease.



Earlier, India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat. India have made no change in their side, which won the first match in Napier.


For the hosts Neil Broom misses out and has been replaced by Peter McGlashan, who will keep the wickets.
