The 30-year-old two-time former world player of the year had vented his frustration at Milan on Wednesday, claiming the San Siro side were dragging their heels on his planned transfer to Gremio.
"I'm not up for auction. If it was up to me I'd already be wearing the Gremio jersey even if it means earning less," Ronaldinho told the Globoesporte website.
"The problem isn't the offer that has been made for me but Milan's demands."
The former Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain forward is set to either join Gremio, or Flamengo, according to reports in the Brazilian press.
Ronaldinho had earlier been linked with a move to Premier League club Blackburn.
