Former Australian cricketer Michael Kasprowicz and three-time Olympic gold medal-winning swimmer, Stephanie Rice, have joined Opportunity International Australia in Sydney this October-November for a noble cause.
The duo are part of the Great Australian Curry, a project that plans to raise and distribute funds to families across poor pockets in Asia as small loans and to promote education of the girl child. "The purpose is so powerful. Giving loans to mothers to provide better opportunities for their children, as well as small businesses," said Kasprowicz.
