Bollywood actor Prachi Desai of Rock On fame is essaying the role of former cricket captain Mohammed Azharuddin's first wife Naureen in Emraan Hashmi-starrer Azhar. She feels it's going to be a tough task.

Asked how challenging would it be to play Azharuddin's first wife, Prachi said: "It will be quite challenging as I don't think anybody knows (much) about Naureen yet. We know about her, but we don't know her.


"It will be challenging because it's for the first time that somebody is putting a face on her onscreen."


The actress said the team of Azhar has already begun shooting the on-field portions in London and she is looking forward to joining the team soon.

Azharuddin had separated from his first wife Naureen, and married actress Sangeeta Bijlani, but later separated from her too.

The film, produced by Ekta Kapoor and directed by Tony D'Souza, is scheduled to release on May 13, next year.
