Neil Wagner donned New Zealand`s test jersey for the first time in 2012 and played a key role for the side in most of the matches. He also contributed in New Zealand`s World Test Championship triumph in 2022. In 2008, he moved from South Africa to New Zealand and quickly established himself in first-class cricket with Otago province

New Zealand`s veteran speedster Neil Wagner announced his retirement from the game`s traditional format at the age of 37. The pacer represented New Zealand in 64 tests and will finish as Kiwi`s fifth-highest wicket-taker.
Wagner has 260 test wickets to his name. His best bowling figures are seven for 39 runs.
