Kolkata: Bhaichung Bhutia along with several other former and current players have passed the AIFF 'D' License course, organised by the Football Players Association of India (FPAI) here.

The integrated license coaching course was conducted by the Technical Director of the All India Football Federation, Scott O'Donell and was held at the East Bengal/Aryan Club ground from June 15 to 17.
Attended by around 25 former and current players, the course is aimed at preparing players for a future role as coach.
"We are pleased to announce that all the participants who took part in The Football Players Association of India (FPAI) organised, AIFF D License Coaching Course, for ex and current professional football players, have been declared passed," an FPAI release stated.
The other players, who have taken part in the workshop alongside Bhutia, are former India players Renedy Singh, Sandip Nandy, Chitrasen Chandam, C S Sabeeth, Abhijit Mondol, Naseem Akhtar, Samson Remingwa, Darren Caldiera, Israil Gurung, N S Manju, Othallo Tabia, Sandesh Gargari, Chika Wali, Vinay Singh, Rohmingthanga and Mahesh Rai.
