Real have been strongly linked in recent months to acquire Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea and there has been rampant speculation in the Spanish media that Casillas would leave the team this summer, despite having two years left on his contract.
On Monday, Real have placed a photograph of five of their players on the main page of their website wearing the new jersey, with the 34-year-old Casillas front and centre. A statement from Real Madrid read: "Real Madrid and Adidas today unveiled the club's kits for the 2015-16 season.
"The new strips are available at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium store." Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos, Karim Benzema and Marcelo are also on the photograph. De Gea, who is under contract at Old Trafford for another season, has failed to agree a new deal with the Red Devils.
Both goalkeepers are now on holiday having been on international duty with Spain last week. Casillas started and made crucial saves in Sunday's Euro 2016 qualifying 1-0 triumph at Belarus, with De Gea left on the bench.
De Gea did start for Spain four days earlier in a 2-1 win over Costa Rica in an international friendly. Real and Spain captain Casillas stated last month that he had no intention of leaving the Primera Division club any time soon and would fight for a starting place with De Gea, should the former Atletico Madrid player's potential move to the Bernabeu stadium materialise.
Real failed to win any silverware in 2014-15. They finished runners-up to Barcelona in La Liga and were knocked out of the Champions League in the semi-finals by Juventus.
Their disappointing end to the campaign led to the sacking of Carlo Ancelotti, who had guided Real to a record 10th European Cup in the 2013-14 campaign. The Spanish giants appointed Rafael Benitez as Ancelotti's replacement earlier this month.
