The bunker will have a CCTV monitoring room, kitchen and a toilet for a guard and a secure pick-up area. The roof will be covered with turf so it blends in. Rooney has also applied for permission to build a higher wall. Currently plying his trade in the USA for DC United, Rooney, who was recently joined by his family, will split time between their new home and America this season.
