Football superstar Neymar has hit back at fat-shamers by showing off his ripped abs. He wants his Brazil fans to respect him.
According to The Sun, the Paris Saint-Germain star was subjected to criticism during Selecao&rsquo;s 1-0 win over Chile last week when he was accused of being overweight.
This came after PSG&rsquo;s 2-0 win over Reims when manager Mauricio Pochettino took Neymar off midway through the second half and replaced him with star signing, <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/lionel+messi-all">Lionel Messi</a>.&nbsp;
Neymar was criticised for being out of shape after shirtless pictures of him emerged during the international break.&nbsp;
Recently, <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/neymar-all">Neymar</a> scored a goal and produced an assist in Brazil&rsquo;s 2-0 World Cup qualifying victory over Peru.
Post the win against Peru, Neymar said: &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t know what more I need to do in this shirt for the fans to respect Neymar. This isn&rsquo;t normal.&rdquo;
Taking a dig at fat-shamers, Neymar tweeted the above picture on Friday and wrote: &ldquo;Chubby is ON [fire emoji].&rdquo;
