Former World No 7 Nalin Patel of Bombay Gymkhana registered his third straight win to qualify for the knock out pre-quarter-finals, in the O B Agrawal Billiards and Snooker Promotional Series, organised by CueCircuit, at the Elphinstone Cricket Club yesterday.

Patel overcame Cyrus Mistry of Elphinstone Cricket Club 419-222 in the Group C 90-minute time format billiards tie that included a brilliant break of 122 by the former.
