Fennell, who arrived in India Tuesday evening, visited Thyagaraj Stadium at 9 a.m. and 15 minutes later left for the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, the venue for the opening and closing ceremonies.
Fennell along with CGF chief executive Mike Hooper would also visit the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, Indira Gandhi Stadium and the Games Village.
The CGF president is expected to have a series of meetings with government officials, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, Urban Development Minister S. Jaipal Reddy and the Organising Committee executive board.
