Indian Navy managed to cruise past Union Bank of India by a 4-1 margin in their opening Super Division fixture of the Mumbai Hockey Association Limited (MHAL) League yesterday.
The Navy outfit had to wait till the 34th minute to open the scoring through Pawan Raj Bir's field goal.
Ashish Bhosle found the equaliser for Union Bank in the 36th minute, but Navy soon regained the lead when seasoned Ved Prakash scored from a field effort in the 40th minute.
