Gautam Singhania finishes second

Valencia (Spain): Gautam Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director of Raymond Limited, finished second in Race 1 of the Coppa Shell category of the Ferrari Challenge Europe Championship 2015 here on Saturday.

The second-place finish means Singhania is now third in the drivers' standings after 11 races with 113 points. The Indian driver's Kessel Racing teammate Jacques Duyver still tops the standings on 140 points while Erich Prinoth is second with 137 points.

Commenting on his performance, Singhania said, "I am thrilled to finish this race as successfully as others through the year and it is yet another proud moment for me at the sixth round of the Ferrari Challenge Europe Championship at Valencia.

It has been a great season for me so far and I am looking forward for a great performance in finale in November as well." The next race takes place tomorrow at Valencia.
