Jamaican sprinter Asafa Powell is hoping compatriot Shelly-Ann Fraser's failed drugs test is "not a big deal".
The Olympic and world 100m champion tested positive for the banned substance oxycodon at the Diamond League meet in Shanghai in May after taking medication for toothache.
"I have heard it is not a big deal. It's very sad. It's sad that it is happening to someone in my camp - it will still be sad no matter who it was," said Powell.
