Rizvi College's dominance in college sports continued as they once again bagged the seventh Gurunanak Dev Championship Trophy.

They finished the 2015-16 season with a mammoth 1230 points followed by Ruia College at 720 and Thakur College 690 at the second and third positions respectively.
The award was given by Mumbai University Vice Chancellor Dr Sanjay Deshmukh to the college with the most number of points achieved in sports in a season at a glittering ceremony held recently.
"It is an honour to win the trophy," said Dr Akhtar Hasan Rizvi, president of Rizvi Education Society.
