Pune's Sanchet Pinnanath bagged gold in the 10m air rifle men's event with a final score of 204.2 on the fifth day of the 33rd Maharashtra State Shooting Championship yesterday.
Shahu Mane of Kolhapur won the silver medal with a score of 202.9 while Nashik's Pratik Borse clinched bronze with a score of 182.2. In the 10m air pistol women's event, Saee Godbole of Pune won the gold medal with a score of 195.5 beating Rabia Kaktikar of Kolhapur by a margin of 1.3 points.
Rabia won silver with a score of 194.2 and Anushka Patil of Kolhapur had to be content with bronze with a score of 172.7. Anushka also won gold in the Junior and Youth categories. Rabia too won the silver in the same categories.
