Aishwarya Nambiar of Rustomjee Cambridge International School wins girls under-13 MSSA-Nike Inter-School Squash Tournament
Aishwaryau00a0Nambiar of Rustomjee Cambridge International School (Dahisar) denied Jui Kalgutkar of St Anthony Girls School (Chembur) a hat-trick as she beat her 11-9, 8-11, 11-6,11-3 in the final of the girls under-13 MSSA-Nike Inter-School Squash Tournament at the Bombay Gymkhana recently.
Aishwarya shifted from Mary Immaculate (Borivali) to Rustomjee International only to play squash. She won the Pune Open, Bombay Gymkhana Open and the CCI Open in the under-13 category last year. "I want to continue playing squash and take it up as my career. My parents are trying to take me to the Penang Open in Malaysia and the Cairo Open in Egypt so I can get more exposure and experience in the game," Aishwarya told MiD DAY.
