US top seed Andy Roddick pulled out of the ATP Delray Beach International Championship last night, complaining that he felt ill after winning his 30th career ATP crown on Sunday at Memphis.
Roddick was pushed to the limit by 20-year-old Canadian Milos Raonic before winning 7-6 (9/7), 6-7 (11/13), 7-5.
The 28-year-old, made his pro debut at Delray Beach in 2000 but has not played in theu00a0 event since 2003, his best showing a 2002 runner-up effort.
