Two men were in custody after West Ham defender Calum Davenport was stabbed in both legs

Two men were in custody after West Ham defender Calum Davenport was stabbed in both legs.

A 25-year-old man was held in Derby on suspicion of attempted murder after the attack on Davenport at his home in Bedford. Also, a 19-year-old who was arrested earlier remains in custody in the Greyfriars police station.
