Sherlyn Chopra is now all set to spill her fitness secrets in a soon-to-release DVD.
Looking at her you'd never guess that she weighed 65kgs when she was 17. And even though she tried plastic surgery to sculpt her body, she soon realised that that was a temporary solution.
She then turned to weight training, cadio and yoga to stay in shape. Sherlyn Chopra is now all set to spill her fitness secrets in a soon-to-release DVD.
The queen of downloads tells CS, "A major mobile content provider has approached me to feature in a fitness DVD. The work-out regime will be a unique blend of weight training, functional training and hot yoga."
Though yoga might be a favourite form of exercise for many celebs, Sherlyn's reasons for being drawn to it are bizarre. "I love to watch myself suffer. I just want to see myself in pain while I'm sweating it out. That pain rejuvenates my system."
So, is she hopping on to the fitness DVD bandwagon because the trend has worked wonders for predecessors like Shilpa Shetty and Bipasha Basu? "Well, I'm launching it because I want to say that fitness is cool. Anyone can apply layers of make-up to look beautiful. But if you lack the health, no camouflage is going to work."
