To leave the comfortable and protected boundaries of school and enter the corridors of a university is an adventure beyond compare. In school, everything from lectures, music and art to career counselling and cinema is served on the seat, but once you're in college, you need to move out and hunt for a pack that likes to engage in the same activities as you. But at no point should you restrict yourself tou00a0 that classroom chair, because it's this hunt that teaches you the real lessons of life. Just like regular lectures are about strict, serious subjects,u00a0 cinema is the most essential subject of the core-curriculum of bunking and the weekends. No doubt, films screened at multiplexes are entertaining, and at times 'make sense,' but if you want to meet people who share your idea of a great watch, consider joining film clubs that screen global productions that move, teach and mirror the stark realities of life. Also, they act as a platform for people who perceive moving pictures not only as entertainment, but as an art of storytelling.

Thrill seeking students can also look forward to joining flying clubs and hot balloon clubs. Apart from these, you can choose from a plethora of other high-adrenaline stuff, too. After all, the roads less travelled make all the difference, don't they?
