Amidst the difficult times, wherein people are advised to stay indoors and are glued to their laptops or mobile devices for a major part of their day, physical and mental health has gone for a toss. Strength and immunity has gone down, people have put on a lot of unwanted extra weight and lost health. Going to physical yoga studios or gyms is neither possible nor advisable due to the ongoing pandemic. People are stuck at home and don’t really know what to do. The only way to stay strong and fit is to practice yoga or some other sort of physical activity every single day.
