"As a result of its unique mix and focus on food in just three years, Palate Fest has gone pan India with 9 successful festivals across Delhi, Goa and Chandigarh. The festival marks the beginning of the holiday season and wakes Delhi from its summer slumber," Aditi Kapoor, Co-founder and Director of Palate Fest, said. While the city's food-lovers smack their lips gorging on a palate-pleasing selection of food, they can also enjoy exciting musical performances throughout the day.

On the first day, Astitva and Indian Ocean will rock the venue, followed by Euphoria on November 18. Rocknaama, Raftaar and Sankraman will perform on the last day of the food festival. Apart from relishing good food, visitors can also take something back home from the Market Square with over 50 stalls offering gourmet products and ingredients. The market square will have products from Pretty Baked, Parvatiya Preserves, Amy's Bakehouse, Pita Pit, and Whole Foods among others.

"This year the festival will bring together more than 100 stalls and the best of kitchens with an melange of Delhi's finest culinary names including the market square area. It will give an opportunity for the visitors to distress and enjoy live performance," Ruchi Sibal, Co-founder and Director of Palate Fest, said.
