From established home chefs and eateries to food brands, the culinary exhibition will also give visitors a chance to sample goodies by start-ups as well as yet-to-open eateries at the one-day event. While the organisers remained tight-lipped about sharing names of participants (they appeared paranoid that we would steal their database!), we stumbled upon a few brands that will be present at the venue.
This includes Café Mexicana, an upcoming eatery that will be serving Tex-Mex delicacies like nachos, burrito bowl, quesadillas and more.
Then there’s the Lucknowi Dastarkhawan serving Awadhi cuisine at the venue, and food aggregator Chowzaa, which will serve a selection of baked goodies from home chefs and bakeries from across the city. The best thing, entry to the event is open and free to all. So, this Sunday, put on your foodie hat and head to Bandra for a gastronomic extravaganza. Gates open at 10 am.
