Go Biryan's answer to messy wraps and rolls is gravity defying meat ‘n’ curry
Let’s face it: ploughing through a wrap is a messy affair. You must outsmart gravity to save the luscious filling from oozing out.
When Andheri-based Mughlai eatery, Go Biryan opened the doors of its Khar branch last month, they had a new menu to support their ‘quick and easy eating’ philosophy.

“We are popular for our gravies, especially lasooni palak curry and butter chicken. When these made it to a roll, enjoying it got messy,” says co-owner, Farhat Saxena. Their solution — naan pockets made from a mix of wheat and maida. Similar to a pita pocket, it comes stuffed with bhuna gosht, butter chicken, paneer makhani, paneer bhuna and a host of fillings. Saxena has a word of advice. “Don’t do takeaways and store. They taste best if eaten fresh, right here.”
