Master Chef India 2015 final contestant, Karishma Sakrani, has designed the healthy menu that includes dishes like Keep Calm and Curry on — a cooler made up of coconut milk, lemon, curry leaf, ginger and green chili, Double Date salad made with mixed greens, malta orange, toasted walnuts and a tangy date dressing, Achari Act (kebabs stuffed with apricots and Pondicherry Lofabu cheese)

You can also tuck into the Deconstructed Veggie Burger made from bun-less sesame seeds comprising crusted chickpea patty, minted quinoa salad, pine nuts, pumpkin mash, grilled eggplant and feta rolls. Other varieties include Chai with Mom, (sweet potato gnocchi with a Thai Tea sauce, Orange and black pepper reduction and fennel shortbread) and Peach and Coconut Dream made up of coconut cream oatmeal with fresh peaches and mint with a drizzle of honey and crunchy homemade granola. The new menu will be available for a period of three to four months.
