"She should be removed from the bar. Unfortunately, the case now has to be adjourned and will be delayed because of this," said Jethmalani.
Waghmare was removed from the case by special judge M L Tahiliyani on Wednesday morning as she had already agreed to represent a victim of the attack, thus making her unable to also represent the accused.
