Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be inaugurating the two new Vande Bharat Express trains in Mumbai on Friday at 3 pm. According to railway officials, the trains will offer commuters a hassle-free and comfortable journey.

If you are planning to travel from Mumbai to Solapur and/or Mumbai to Sainagar Shirdi, here are the details you need to know about the two new Vande Bharat Express trains which will be functional from today.
Routes:
The Vande Bharat Express train between Mumbai and Solapur will be connecting important pilgrimage centers of Maharashtra such as Siddheshwar in Solapur and nearby Akkalkot, Tuljapur and Pandharpur and Alandi near Pune. The distance between Mumbai to Solapur will be covered by 6.35 hours. The train is expected to stop at stations including - Dadar, Kalyan, Pune and Kurduwadi.
On the Mumbai-Shirdi route, the Vande Bharat Express. It will connect important pilgrimage centers such as - Nashik, Trimbakeshwar, Shani Singnapur and Sainagar Shirdi. On this route, the Vande Bharat Express will cover the distance in 5.24 hours. The train will halt at three stations along the route—Dadar, Thane and Nashik Road.
Bookings:
The trains will run six days a week. The reservation booking will be open on February 10 at PRS counters and on the IRCTC website.
Ticket cost:
As per the Central Railway officials, the one-way fare without catering service on the CSMT-Solapur Vande Bharat train will be Rs 1,000 for chair car and Rs 2,015 for executive chair car. The fares for the two classes with catering will be Rs 1,300 and Rs 2,365, respectively.
The one-way journey ticket without catering service for CSMT to Sainagar Shirdi will be Rs 840 and Rs 1670 for chair car and executive chair car, respectively, while the ticket prices with catering service will be Rs 975 and Rs 1840, respectively.

- Train no. 22225 will depart from CSMT station at 16.05 pm and will reach Solapur at 22.40 pm. The train will remain non-functional on Wednesday.
- Train no. 22226 will run on Solapur to Mumbai route and will remain non-functional on Thursday. It will leave from Solapur at 6.05 am and reach CSMT at 12.35 pm on the same day.
Halts: Dadar, Kalyan, Pune, Kurduwadi Junction and Solapur Station
Schedule for Mumbai-Sainagar Shirdi Vande Bharat Express train:
- Train no. 22223 will depart from CSMT at 6.20 am and will arrive at Shirdi at 11:40 am on the same day. It will remain non-functional on Tuesday.
- Train no. 22224 will leave from Shirdi at 17.25 pm and reach CSMT at 22.50 pm on the same day. It will also remain non-functional on Tuesday.
Halts: Dadar, Thane, Nashik Road and Sainagar Shirdi Station
