Dr Junaid, Raeez, Abdur Rahim, Jawed, Arshad and others were arrested by the Hyderabad police on August 31, 2007, for viewing clippings of the Godhra incident and the Babri Masjid demolition, at Kala Pattar graveyard.
War against state
The police charged the youth under Section 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Police said they were viewing jihadi content and had plans to wage war against the state and an Asiatic power.
