Pleading for an urgent hearing, the dentist' counsel submitted that she is not a fugitive. "She is not a fugitive and running away from justice," senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for her, submitted, while seeking urgent hearing of the case.u00a0

The bench, however, said the matter is not listed today and it would hear the case tomorrow. "Tomorrow we will see it," the bench said.
