"I have requested and advised district superintendents of police to arrange shows of 'Mardaani' for all police officials for inspiration to fight human trafficking and take lessons," Inspector General Arvind Pandey told mediapersons here Wednesday.
According to Pandey, 'Mardaani' depicts the combat against child trafficking by a police official, played by Rani Mukerji, like never before.
"The measures adopted by Rani Mukerji in her film are fit to be followed. Station House Officers and other police officials can increase their efficiency with regard to anti-human trafficking work by implementing them," he suggested in a letter to the police superintendents.
He has also asked the commandants of Bihar Military Police to arrange for special shows for its personnel.
